NEED FITNESS TRAINING ON A BUDGET?

We offer group training sessions at a fraction of the price of personal training sessions. We ensure that our classes stay small so that you know that you are getting the attention, encouragement and support you need to obtain your health and fitness goals. You may even meet some great new people.We can travel to your location OR you can join us at our fitness hub- St Philip FItness Center ( at the corner of Candler Rd and Memorial Dr in East Atlanta) 240 Candler Rd SE Atlanta Ga 30317

WHAT DO I GET?

Our sessions run on monthly cycles which we feel is just enough time for you to really start to feel the benefits and see results. We offer nutritional support and analysis to all our group training clients by way of online articles, online support. Group sessions with 2-4 participants with the option of training 2-3 times a week. Fitness test every 8 weeks so you can track your progress and see how fabulously well your going with both fitness and strength.

HOW DO I GET RESULTS?

Providing that extra push that will take you outside of your comfort zone. Supportive one on one and group training Email support and encouragement Strong motivation and willingness to go that extra step Whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, train for a particular event or just try something new, Aerobics Delivered group training sessions will help you get there. We are passionate about each and every one of our clients and will work along side you to dig deep from start to finish, walking away knowing you have given it your best shot. Our group trainers are well experienced and cater towards all fitness levels so you will also be confident you will not be left behind or feel like your not working hard enough in your session! And if you are having a down day or just not feeling 100%, remember one thing: Our trainers will be there to support you and keep you motivated.
