LaWanda The Fitness Diva’s low carb, high protein, healthy weight loss meal plan:

• Meal 1: Baked sweet potato mixed in a vanilla vegan protein shake from Arbonne Essentials ( See below for added supplements). A cup of liver detox tea from Arbonne Essentials with an Energy Fizz Stick ( From Arbonne as well)
• Meal 2: Baked or grilled fish, chicken or turkey breast , a green veggie, brown rice or quinoa
• Meal 3: Vegan chocolate protein shake from Arbonne Essentials ( With a spoon of organic almond or peanut butter)
• Meal 4: Baked or grilled fish, chicken, or turkey breast , a green veggie
• Meal 5:Baked or grilled fish, chicken, or turkey breast , a green veggie

Why this meal plan works:
1. It has nothing processed in it ( no white sugar, white flour, gluten, preservatives, etc.)
2. There is a high amount of protein in EVERY meal
3. There are zero carbs in the last meal
4. Every meal has a veggie
5. It is low in calories
6. It contains several small meals instead of 3 large meals
7. It incorporates several supplements that make the body alkaline, reduces cravings, and increases overall health on a cellular level by cleansing the body’s primary detoxifying organs.

5. Liver detox tea – cleanses the liver- the body’s primary fat burning and toxin filtering organ. Unhealthy liver is a recipe for a plethora of health problems.
