High protein blueberry cookies- made with Arbonne Essentials vegan protein powder

HIGH PROTEIN BLUEBERRY COOKIES
Ingredients
-4 egg whites
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-1 cup blueberries
-2 scoops of Arbonne Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder (20 grams of protein)
– 1 tablespoon of stevia powder

Directions
-Combine egg whites, protein & stevia powder and oatmeal well.
-Stir in blueberries
-Drop spoonfuls of mixture on a baking sheet coating with cooking spray.
-Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
(Makes 10 cookies)
