Grilled-calamari-lemon-orange-mainGRILLED CALAMARI WITH LEMON AND ORANGE


2 lbs. calamari tubes and tentacles;
1 lemon, sliced;
1 lime, sliced;
1 orange, sliced;
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, minced;
1/4 cup olive oil;
3 tbsp. lemon juice;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper;

Preheat your grill to medium heat.
Slice the calamari tubes into thin rings.
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and season to taste.
Toss everything gently, until well coated.
Grill the calamari and citrus fruit using a grilling basket or pan until fully cooked, about 4 to 5 minutes.
